Roboscan guarantees the user limited access to the site www.3dteam.ro, in personal interest (making online orders or information) and does not give him the right to download or modify in part or in full the site, to reproduce in part or whole the site, to copy, sell / resell or exploit the site in any other way, for commercial purposes or contrary to the interests of Roboscan without its prior written consent.

The databases, programs, graphic elements are the property of SC Roboscan SRL, or, as the case may be, of the suppliers of the products offered through the site and it is protected by Law no. 8/1996, regarding copyright and related rights, with subsequent amendments and completions.

User registration obligations

Payment and delivery of products

This online store is intended exclusively for the delivery of products to customers of legal entities, individuals, authorized individuals, sole proprietorships or family businesses, only at addresses in Romania. Upon delivery, a person at least 18 years of age, representing a natural or legal person, will sign for all products shipped.

Any order will be delivered within the available stock, provided that it has been confirmed by ROBOSCAN. Product delivery time - in about 24-48 hours from the time of placing the order.

Delivery is made through the TNT or Fan Courier distribution network, in 24-48h. The establishment of the courier with which each order is sent is made by ROBOSCAN SRL.

If you prefer another courier company, please let us know when you place your order! Payment for products ordered through ROBOSCAN can be made as follows: in cash upon delivery, by payment order / bank transfer in advance or payment by card at the headquarters or online.

Payment in cash * is made upon delivery, in lei, at the value from the moment of order confirmation, to the commission agent who performs the delivery.

Payment by payment order is made based on the proforma invoice, issued at the end of an order. Products will be shipped only after proof of payment to ROBOSCAN.

Return of products purchased at a distance

According to O.U.G. 34/2014, the consumer benefits from a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract or from a contract outside the commercial spaces, without having to justify the withdrawal decision.

Conciliation

If you are dissatisfied with the products or services offered by ROBOSCAN, please send us an e-mail at roboscan3d@hotmail.com. Any conflict between customers and the company is tried to be resolved amicably, by agreement between the two parties. In case the conflict has not been resolved amicably, the competence belongs to the Romanian courts, according to the legislation in force.
